Scholastic Team Set to Appear on High-Q

MARK YOUR CALENDARS... The CHS Scholastic Team is set to make two appearances on WHIO-TV's (Channel 7) "High-Q".   HIGH Q is a question and answer game played in four periods between two teams of four players; each player for each team being from the same school.  The contests are taped in advance and then played throughout the school year.  CHS will appear on April 11th and May 9th @ 8:30 AM.  Set your VCR / DVR to record!!

The Scholastic Team will be wrapping up its 2009-2010 season by participating in the Knowledge Master Open (an international competition of over 600 teams done via computer) on April 21 and the traditional Faculty-Student match in May. In addition to the Knowledge Master, the varsity team competed in nine different tournaments during the year while the junior varsity saw action in five. Highlights for the year were a strong run on Channel 7 WHIO's High-Q (tune in April 11 and May 9 at 8:30 a.m.) and a first place  finish (32 teams) at the Wright State Lake Campus Senior Scholastic Bowl.
